For people who pay their cards in full

Put everything on your cards. Know checking can cover every statement.

CashWizard treats your checking account as the place your card bills land. It forecasts the balance on every day ahead, from paychecks, statement payments, bills and transfers, so autopay always clears and idle cash goes to work.

Sound familiar?

Statement balances are a moving target

Three cards with three closing dates means three different payments hitting checking each month, and none of them are the same amount twice.

Autopay "pay in full" makes you nervous

One big month on a card and the payment could pull checking below zero before your next paycheck lands.

Too much cash parked "just in case"

Without a forecast, the safe move is a fat buffer in checking, earning nothing while a high-yield savings account sits a click away.

How CashWizard helps

  1. 1

Add your paychecks, cards and bills

Connect your bank to detect them automatically, or enter them by hand in a few minutes. Bank connection is optional.

  2. 2

See checking on every day ahead

Your running balance, day by day. When a card statement publishes, its estimate updates to the actual pay-in-full amount.

  3. 3

Set a floor and move the rest

Pick the lowest balance you are comfortable with. Your forecast shows your lowest upcoming balance, so anything above the floor is cash you can save or invest.

Questions

Is CashWizard a budgeting app?
No. CashWizard does not track spending categories or tell you to cut back. It forecasts the balance of the checking account you pay your cards from, so you know the statements will clear.
How does CashWizard estimate my credit card payments?
It estimates each card payment from your past statements. When a connected card publishes a new statement, the estimate is replaced with the actual pay-in-full amount.
Do I have to connect my bank?
No. You can add accounts, paychecks and bills manually. Connecting through Plaid is optional and keeps balances and statement amounts up to date automatically.
How much does CashWizard cost?
CashWizard is free to use. No credit card is required to sign up.
